Manufacturing since 1984 the Roberts Manufacturing Limited was created in 2018 to facilitate the continued growth of the long-established Polyroof Products Limited and Restec Limited. Together the three companies, all based at our longstanding facilities in Flint, North Wales, form the Roberts Group.

Polyroof is proud to announce its pivotal role in the extensive refurbishment project of the Spectrum Building in Swindon. the Spectrum Building is undergoing a comprehensive £4.7 million refurbishment to infuse renewed vitality into its historical framework. The key aspects of this ambitious project encompass a roof refurbishment of approximately 25,000m², meticulous repair and redecoration of the steel frame, and the implementation of modern cladding and utility systems to facilitate multi-occupancy functionality. Polyroof’s integral contribution to the project lies in the application of the cutting-edge Protec System.

We were putting in place a people plan and strategy to sit alongside the company’s Vivid Vision for the next 3 years. We had never asked our employees what they thought of us as an employer. We thought we were doing ok, but had never asked, so it was a bit daunting. With an 85% response rate and 65% employee engagement score , things were looking up.
Based on the survey feedback we were immediately able to put improvements in place to improve communication across the company.
