Having done well over 2 millions surveys at this point have seen a common theme of questions that we would like to endeavour to answer for you in one conveniently located place.
– Question – How much does a Survey Cost?
– Answer – Anthem’s services are bespoke and varied due to our modular approach to surveys. Once we learn your needs, we will look at building an Engagement plan to help you maximise your output. However please visit our pricing page to see our basic package prices.
– Question – How long does a Survey take?
– Answer – Dependant on reporting criteria a survey can be as quick as a week. But on average a survey will take around 6 weeks. This includes 2 weeks to create the survey, 2 weeks for the survey to take place and up to 2 weeks for reporting.
– Question – Why should I do a survey?
– Answer – A survey is a great tool to get clear insights into what is happening in your business. Whether you believe you are a perfect company or whether you think you are beyond saving it is so important to talk to your employees, your customers and even the community around you to really understand what is happening. A survey gives can provide you with real insights into your business, can inspire new ideas and can help you manage and identify issues before they become real problems.
– Question – Why should I do a survey using an external company? / What are the benefits of using an external provider to do a survey? / What can you do that I can’t internally?
– Answer – We have been asked these types of questions a lot and there are a slew of answers that have come up over the years in response to this. These include:
Anonymity – Using an external providers helps to ensure anonymity. Unless we completely anonymise the survey, the only people who can see individual responses will be our team and this information is not shared with anybody. Also reporting critea calls for 6 or more responses to create a report. This is to help ensure the employees remain unidentifyable
Time – You are often very busy with the day to day tasks that a business calls for so why add to your already overfull plates? To do a survey right, as stated above takes time and effort. Giving this to an external provider like Anthem takes the strain and pressure off, of you.
Expertise – We are a dedicated team who at this point have completed over 2 million surveys and have helped more than 200 companies predominantly in the North West of England but we do deliver surveys to people throughout England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland and have many foreign clients.
Passion – This is what we do. This is what gets us out of bed in the morning. We love our work and what we do as we see the real value that a survey can bring to the right companies who want to make their business the best place to work. It is very difficult to not get passionate about what we do.
The North West Employee Experience Group (NWEEG) will be back for 2026 with the vision to encourage and help businesses across the North West of England to engage better with their staff, their customers and their stakeholders.
The Group, founded in 2014, was the first employee engagement group that connects HR professionals and business leaders with engagement specialists and peers, who are faced with similar challenges and obstacles of effectively engaging their people each day.
The overarching purpose of this group is simply to help make the North West of England the very best place to work. We do this by presenting evidence, skills and real-life practical experiences of how business leaders have successfully engaged with their teams and subsequently improved their businesses as a result.
More than 4,000 business professionals are members of the group, which organises and facilitates events and two full-day conferences. Additional Special Interest Groups and virtual NWorkshops are held throughout the year, all across the North West, to guide people through specific topics regarding employee engagement issues.
Whether you are a seasoned employee engagement expert, want to know more about best practice or simply wish to widen your HR network we would be delighted to welcome you to our dynamic and worthwhile events.
Because HR is constantly evolving, we believe it is vital for people to come together and find out more about the various challenges that organisations face when setting out an engagement strategy.
Our events cover key engagement topics, why there is a need for employee engagement and explore how exemplary businesses have created a hugely productive workforce that feel valued and integral to the organisation’s success.
